1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Math Speed Test (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Rules of Conduct & Anti-Cheat

Math Speed Test is a competitive environment. To maintain fair play, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, macros, or calculators to solve problems.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or network latency to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or use inappropriate language towards other players.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, wiping of all ELO scores, and a permanent ban.

4. Virtual Currency ("Gears") & Unlocks

"Gears" are virtual items used solely within the Service. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the platform. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual currency at any time.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Math Speed Test is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
